Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid FreeAI Tokens Premium subscriptions and must be read together with the Premium Subscription Terms. Mandatory consumer rights always prevail over this commercial policy.

1. Ordinary cancellation

You may cancel renewal at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You keep Premium access until that date unless a legally required refund or a security/legal restriction requires earlier termination.

2. General refund rule

Payments already made are generally non-refundable and unused time is not credited after an ordinary cancellation. This rule does not apply where mandatory law requires a refund, price reduction or other remedy.

3. EU/EEA consumer withdrawal rights

Consumers may have a statutory cooling-off period for distance contracts. In the European Union, the usual period for services is 14 days from conclusion of the contract. If Premium starts during that period at your express request and you later exercise a valid withdrawal right, any charge or refund will be calculated according to applicable law, including any legally permitted proportional amount for service already supplied.

4. Billing errors and mandatory remedies

Duplicate or unauthorised charges, verified billing errors, non-conforming digital services and other situations covered by mandatory law are handled separately from ordinary cancellation. Contact legal@freeaitokens.net with the account email, transaction date and relevant billing reference. Do not send full payment-card numbers by email.

5. Effect of a refund

Where a refund is issued for a period that would otherwise provide Premium access, access may end when the refund takes effect to the extent permitted by law.
