Subscription Terms

By subscribing to the freeaitokens.net Premium waitlist, you agree to these Subscription Terms. Please read them carefully before subscribing.

1. Subscription service

FreeAI Tokens provides email notifications about verified AI credit deals, promotions and opportunities. Subscribers will receive:

• Double opt-in confirmation email.
• Future notifications about new AI credit deals (when applicable).
• Updates on Premium availability.

2. Data collected

We collect the following data when you subscribe:

• Name (required).
• Email address (required for delivery and confirmation).
• Consent record (timestamp and version).
• Locale / region (optional, if provided).

3. Founding Premium conditions

The first confirmed subscribers within the configured founding limit (currently 1,000 positions) receive the following benefit:

• 6 months of Premium free of charge when Premium is launched and activated for those users.
• The benefit period begins upon Premium launch — not upon subscription.
• The benefit does not constitute cash, monetary value, or right to payment.
• Founding position is permanently linked to your registration and email address.
• Founding position is non-transferible.
• Unsubscribing does not release or reassign your founding position.
• Reactivating the same registration preserves your original founding position.
• Founding positions are limited and subject to anti-fraud and abuse prevention rules.

4. Unsubscribing

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You may also request removal by contacting us at legal@freeaitokens.net. Unsubscribing removes you from future communications. Your founding position (if any) is permanently reserved and may be restored upon reactivation.

5. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Subscription Terms at any time. The latest version will always be published on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
